Cafe Robin Bobin is a fast-food outlet, and to make sure customers keep coming back, the space must be bright and interesting, yet welcoming. It wasn’t easy creating the right dynamic, but in the end, we delivered a design that sticks in the memory of everyone who visits Robin Bobin. We left a Robin doll that captures the imagination of customers, pushing them to take a picture in a bid to relive the memory. It also didn’t hurt that the entire interior provided a great backdrop for selfies.
However, we didn’t have a lot of space to work with. So, we used glass blocks to conceal the boring lines of the walls, and painted the ceilings with colours that made the room look bigger than it was. Then there were chairs, designer sconces, and a rack – all created in our workshop. The print scattered across the windows offered a special touch and even more highlights.
